Through this deliberate misuse of photographic exposure, the images mirror a lived reality: being systematically bleached into invisibility by bureaucracy and culture, or violently contrasted into hyper-visibility as "the Other." What remains is a landscape of erasure: a stark, binary space where the right to exist in full color and complexity has been mechanically stripped away.
